Wow. What a place! My advice: Never go to Iceland. Why? Because if you go there then at some point you’ll have to leave again, and man oh man, you won’t want to! Every nook and cranny of this country probably could kill you with fire, ice, water, wind, hail, snow, hot water, gravel, or some other natural hazard, but if you have a sense of adventure you will LOVE every second of staying alive there! It’s an amazing, truly astoundingly beautiful place overflowing with adventure.

It is absolutely ridiculous to get up that early, drive a few hours, hike a mile or two, and sit on a on big rock to watch the sun rise over your birthday... But what can I say... That's all I wanted. I wanted to see the way God painted the sky on that morning... on that trail... on that mountain. I am twenty-three years old as of yesterday.

As I sit here in sweating in Phuket, Thailand; it is a little funny to think about how chilly I was in those frozen moments between the car and the airport that day.
